Ordering/Payment
An order will only be confirmed upon payment of the deposit due.  Dates will be held for a period of 5 days (including weekends/Bank holidays) from acceptance of the order.
Payment of balances due should be made no later than 3 weeks prior to the date of the wedding and for all other cakes balance is due on collection.
In the case of special offers/promotions it may be necessary to pay for the cake in full at the time of ordering. Details will be given with any offers made. In these instances payments can only be made by cash or cheque.
The price quoted for a cake will be the price payable.

Delivery
Where the cost of delivery is included in the price of the cake, Angel Cakes should be notified in writing of the time and date for delivery. It is the responsibility of the person placing the order to ensure that the venue is aware of delivery and set-up details and to ensure that provision is made for the cake to be set-up within the allotted time frame.

Collection
An agreed time and date will be given for collection of a cake from the address given below.  Angel Cakes should be notified by telephone as soon as possible if the collection time needs to be changed. Whilst flexible to an extent, arriving late for a collection without prior notification may result in no-one being available to hand over the cake.

Design/Style
All cakes are baked and decorated individually. When choosing a cake from the Angel Cakes website, this can result in slight differences to colours and general decorative style.

Consultations
Short consultations can be arranged to discuss wedding and celebration cake styles. These consultations are free of charge and without obligation. In order to gain the most from the time available it is advisable to bring along any ideas and colour swatches available. When ordering a cake from the Angel Cakes website a consultation will not be deemed necessary and will not generally be offered. Any minor changes in style, change of name and/or colours can be confirmed by email.

Cancellation
Deposits paid for all cakes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
For wedding cakes cancellation charges are as follows:
Within 3 weeks of the date of the wedding – full payment due
Within 8 weeks of the date of the wedding – 75% of balance due
Within 3 months of the date of the wedding – 50% of balance due
In the unlikely event that an order has to be cancelled by Angel Cakes all monies paid will be refunded.
